  35. in relation to the above subject, althought I do not currently own either of 
  36. the two rigs, I would like to share with you the experience of a couple of 
  37. friends who have bought the TH-78 about 9 months ago. 
  38.  
  39. The small HT is quite good at the open ground, but watch out when getting 
  40. indoors. I've personally seen it (on more than one occasions) to get crazy, by 
  41. receiving noise from the fluorescent lights, in office buildings. It looks as 
  42. if Kenwood have build a very sensitive receiver, so sensitive that it can 
  43. listen to any garbage radiation in the area.
